These is a letter a client sent to me last year. It's always nice to know that clients/friends appreciate your hard work.

Hi Mike,
Jack and I would like to thank you again for all the help you gave us in selling our home @ 79 Peggy Ann Rd. We listed the house with you in July and you managed to sell it by November. With the real estate market in such bad shape, that was a major feat.

However we'd like to thank you for the personal interest you gave to us. Since we live in Florida now, you were our eyes and ears.
After having rented for 2 years, we depended on you for finding all the good things about our house as well as the things that needed time and work. You made sure all the work was done in a timely, cost-wise manor. You checked our property frequently to make sure it was not being vandalized. You kept us in the loop with pictures and updates. You also kept us on a tight time-frame with suggestions on how to make the home more marketable. The most important thing, though, was appreciating all the work we had done on it prior to selling it. With that in mind, we feel you secured a fair price for our home. We could go through the winter without worrying about the survival of our home and any possible major expenses that could incur.

Your efficiency certainly paid off for us. Please feel free to give any clients our number so we can speak to them of all your hard work. Good luck with your business. You will definitely be an asset to the Real Estate Market.

Sincerely,
Sandy  and Jack Whelan
